About Brunswick County Land Clearing

Brunswick County Land Clearing is a locally operated clearing and mulching service working one county: this one. Leland to Calabash, Southport to Ash. We turn overgrown parcels into land that does something: homesite lots ready for the builder, acreage you can walk, fields that stay fields.

How we work

• We walk it first. Satellite quotes miss the wet spot, the property-line fence, and the live oak that changes the whole plan. Ten minutes on the ground gets you a number that doesn't move later.
• Written, flat quotes. Grubbing in or out, where the debris goes, and the timeline, all on paper before anything starts. Most of the horror stories in this trade begin with a vague verbal number.
• The rules, up front. The one-acre erosion line, CAMA near the water, town tree permits. Whatever applies to your parcel gets said at the quote, not discovered mid-job.
• Straight answers. If mulching does the job for half the price of clearing, we say so. If part of your parcel can't legally be touched, we say that too.
